We attacked a Fire in Anza today......
A little fire broke out near Anza late this afternoon. We finally had an opportunity to IA a fire during my last days up here. It was really fun. My first time flying the belly tank. Hovering over the dip sight with the snorkel was such fun. Myself and a CDF ship and an Air Attack were also working the fire. Quick work from the crews on the ground didn't leave much for us aerial waterdroppers to work on. I'll get pics up tomorrow. Off to dinner now.......

Hi Desiree,
Things sure haven't gone so well for Chatsworth lately. I hope the fire is not too close to your house and that you and those kitties aren't breathing too much smoke.
I was watching the coverage on KABC and Bill Thomas asked Tracy (he called her Trace) to put the camera on something.
Here is a link to a story I read about a Houston TV helicopter crash: KTRK (CBS) helicopter crash
I'm never sure if I should or shouldn't bring stuff like this to your attention.
Richard
Desiree, I was watching a "trailer" for truTV a while back and a chick pilot standing next to her helicopter said, "I'll never get rich flying this thing." Could be, but don't give up on having that personal assistant. The way our economy is going, you might be able to hire a former bank CEO as your personal assistant for a few dollars an hour!
