I've gotten back to posting some older posts.....

that I had started back in July that I wanted to add photos to and finish up, but just got so far behind, that I'm putting them up anyway. If you go read down past the Very Sad News, you will find them.

Sounds like a great wild ride your on Desiree, fantastic!!
The look on those faces of the cub and his savior, what pathos.
Eating health on the open road/ on location is near impossible. Even eating at home can be a mine field....
Growing up with a single mom I ate a lot of Hawaiian Steak(Spam).
I saw her yesterday and as a joke she handed me a can of that stuff as I was leaving lol.
Never got a taste for meat because of that and I'm with Sylvia Earle (The sexiest women to ever walk the floor of the ocean) when it comes to fish "I don't eat fish because I value them alive more than I do swimming with lemon slices and butter on my plate."
Yeah, finding food when your out and about is hard.
I'm sure you know Hugo's. There's one at the NE corner of Riverside &
Coldwater. Great vegan stuff to be had and it doesn't taste like wood or someones elbow!
Have a terrific week and welcome back to the old haunts.

Desiree,

Love the picture of you and Engine 58 doing a lift job at the Beverly Center. Made it my desktop wallpaper too.

I hope the people at truTV will take a look at the pictures of you on Flickr and how many people view them when they are deciding how much to put you on camera in the upcoming shows. Flickr

Check these two side-by-side and nearly identical Longranger pictures on Flickr--one with you, the other without. As of today (August 15, 2008), 15 people had clicked on the one of the helicopter alone; 260 people had clicked on the one that included Chopper Chick.
