Ha, I somehow knew if mentioned I had one day off finally I'd get that call for work. lol. I'm at WHP now flying SKY 9 today. It was either BBQ and drink beer with friends tonight, which by the way, the weather here is sooooo great for outdoor activities, or go to work and make money and fly with friends! Hmmm, tough decision, but as always, I choose work. lol. Soon I will try to get caught up on every one's comments. I haven't even had time to return emails and personal calls. It's been so busy. Got lots going on with work, studying which I desperately need to start getting caught up on, and other things. Oh, by the way, last night while on patrol we flew over Chino, over those poor dairy cows in those muddy corals. So much for happy California cows and false advertising. Your dairy comes from sad miserable dirty cows in Chino. Being an animal lover and a member of PETA I wanted to sling those ladies outta there to greener pastures. Oh well.

I'm not sure what's worse - muddy California cows or the one's out in the swampy Florida heat in August. Are there such things as happy cows?

jack edwards, good luck with that new job! as far as skyracers goes, sounds like it's a no-go. they have shelved the whole thing for now. they have some other projects in the works, but not sure if i will be able to get away from my current job and career patht to do what they are talking about. it sure sounds super fun though. i will post more when i can spread the details. it's all hush hush for now.
aviatrix, i've seen some, they are usually up north or out of state, but they are actually in green grass pastures and have no idea what lies ahead in their futures. it kills me to see little baby calves frolicking and playing around each other only to grow up to end up as someones meal. oh well.

Wasn't that fun? That big pink pile of latex! I had some friends working on that thing so I couldn't help but rib them. Some of the comments can't be repeated. I'm sure you have similar conversations with your crew/friends.
Damn we give each other a hard time some times and we have great fun doing it too! If we expressed this kind of behavior in any other type of work we would all be fired or have to attend "Anger Management Class" lol!
