Just like Skittles the candy! Iit's a rainbow of colors. Each training ship comes in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and even a hot pink one! They are all soooooo beautiful and cool looking out there on the ramp in even in the hangar. My 407 I've been flying is green, the cool green machine. There is also and extra non-rainbow fleet machine 407, it's blue and white like our police ship back home. That's the only extra one that's n0t in a uniform color paint scheme. Anyway, flying this morning was amazing. Snow covered grounds everywhere. Once out at the training site, we did full down autorotations to the snow and ice. The skids cut right through the ice and didn't even slide. Very fun and cool. I have some pics I will post soon of the helis.
Apparently the snow situation here is record breaking. Guess it hasn't snowed in some twenty or so years like this. It's odd sitting up here in the pilot room waiting to go on my next flight, looking out the window across the runway covered in snow with cows grazing throw the snow just on the other side of the runway. Pretty cool!
I started this post while in the pilot lounge waiting for my training flight and now just got around to posting it today, Friday, March 21. Been super busy with flying since I came back from Bell.
Pictures will follow later on.....
